Nice facility here in Voorhees. The Caps looked good in period one, had some good jump and probably the better of the scoring chances. But they’re down 2-0 after the first 20 minutes. Philly scored a pair of power play goals and enjoys a two-goal advantage after one. The Caps outshot the Flyers 12-10.

Seven of the rookie camp skaters did not make the trip: defensemen Jamie Hunt and Tyler Sloan and forwards Steve Werner, Andrew Joudrey, Justin Taylor, Tommy Maxwell and Brett Leffler.
